It is composed of 2 suites, each with a very large dressing room with one side for the lady and the other for the gentleman, and an adjoining bathroom.
The « Terracota suite » has a large double bed (180x200) and a bathroom with moulded ceilings, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a towel dryer and a double sink.
The « Bleu nuit suite » has a double bed (160x200) and its bathroom, which you discover with wonder when you enter, has a very large Italian shower, 2 sinks with Led mirror and a towel dryer. There is also a separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a beautiful round table in Terrazzo for 4 or 6 people with a view of the garden, a dishwasher, an oven, 3 induction hobs, an extractor hood, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster.
From the living room, you will have a view of the sea! You will be able to enjoy a beautiful 65 inch screen in a sofa with a very comfortable sofa.
Concerning the parking, you can normally park one car in front of the castle or in the alley of the "Parc Victoria". Access is private and protected by a large black gate for which you will get a beep. This is a collective car park, there is no allocated space.
The flat has very nice wrought iron gates on each side, which also offers more security on the garden level. There is also a guest toilet.
From the shaded balcony, there are a few large and beautiful period steps to the garden, which has a pleasant sitting area under an arbour and a large wooden table for eating in the shade of a parasol.
The train passes along the coastline but is not a nuisance as the castle is not directly opposite and it is a short and punctual noise that you eventually stop hearing.
